Defaults
Calculators compute in canonical imperial units (ppg, psi, bbl, ft). When Metric is selected, inputs accept metric values, outputs / saved sheets / PDF / CSV are all converted to metric.

These defaults flow into Kill Sheets, operational reports and any calculator that consumes settings.* through the Engineering Context Engine. Override anywhere — these are the starting values.
